- Lather in soft detergent (or foam air filter cleaning solution)
- Rinse again with cold water .
- Allow to dry in cool place
- Apply foam air filter oil liberally on the outside (black panel) of the filter , making sure that the entire surface is coated , allow to soak in
- Reinstall into airbox
